Manage and deliver education and care programs for school age children in outside school hours and vacation care.

Our CHC50225 Diploma of School Age Education and Care will train future educators, who are responsible for the day-to-day running of a regulated school age education and care service in Australia. They plan, implement and manage programs across all areas of service operations. They use specialised knowledge and analyse and apply theoretical concepts to diverse work situations. Educators have responsibility for the supervision of volunteers and/or other staff.
This will assist to determine candidate’s suitability and relevance for the course and identification of any support required.
The ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check is required for industry work placement.
