Course Description

Our CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) gives you the opportunity to develop the skills to manage a wide range of building projects. You will learn the principles, regulations and techniques of the building industry for low-medium rise buildings and projects — coordinating the complete construction of residential, industrial or commercial buildings and taking responsibility for your work. You will be trained by industry professionals to develop specialised skills and knowledge to pursue employment in the construction business.

There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre-Training Review.

Students require a White Card at the time of enrolment or prior to undertaking any training which involves site-based activities.
