Course Description
Our CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction develops the abilities to manage a wide range of building projects. You will become familiar with the principles, guidelines and procedures of the building industry for low-medium rise structures, and learn how to coordinate the complete construction of a residential, industrial or commercial building, taking responsibility for your work. Trained by industry professionals, you'll develop specialised skills and knowledge to pursue employment in the construction business.
There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre-Training Review.
Students require a White Card at the time of enrolment or prior to undertaking any training which involves site-based activities.
