Diploma Of Community Services
Develop the skills to manage, coordinate and deliver services to individuals, groups and communities.
Course Description
KAL Training offers the CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services which reflects the role of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in managing, coordinating and delivering services for individuals, groups and communities. At this level, workers possess specialised skills and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management — providing direct social, emotional, psychological and practical support, and often supervising other workers, volunteers and case loads.
Applicants must be 18 years old or over and are required to undertake a Pre-Training Review that includes a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy assessment.
This course requires work placement hours and some workplaces may require a current Police Check before undertaking placement.
